In 2012, the BT Business Direct team moved to a new wireless contact centre near Bolton. With the relocation to new offices, came the chance to refresh and upgrade some of the technology used by our team including most critically, their headsets.
The Challenge
Our IT Manager laid out a set of stringent requirements for the new UC headset to meet, including wireless capabilities, compatibility with the existing phone system, first rate user comfort and excellent call clarity to name just a few.
